Records of the last few days happenings.

The two Finland player is well, damn pro. You should see the way they shoot. As my coach quipped, look at the way they shoot, stop looking at the ball, we can't see it anyway. The speed of their shots were like, wow. Tremendous.

I am proud to say my group held our own in a mini match against them. Me, Kumar, Haziq and Berwin didn't score a goal,but neither did we let in any. A feat that was certainly difficult, looking their experience and skills. That is not to say we were of equal caliber with them. They are better. Since the mini- match only took 2 to 3 minutes, they did not really had a chance to shoot. Thanks goodness.

There were goals against them though, scored by our beloved Ugma. (I think that is how to spell his name.) With a beautiful "air hoop", (or was it "hook") he slammed the ball into the net. Bravo! Mr. Amir, our coach told us to look at their passing and shooting. These are basic skills, but they managed to execute them perfectly and without errors. Their feints and dribbling were flawless. I would be glad to have half of them.

Now, change of subject. Halo. Not bad. Managed to whack my brother in the map, Prisoner.(for those who know what I am talking about.) Oh yes, my brother got a new phone, not exactly the latest model, but a new one. Nokia 6288. And the moment he got the phone, Bam. Maroon 5 and stuffs into the phone. Lol. My favourite band is Maroon 5. Favourite song? Perhaps Wake Up Call and Won't go home without you.

Guess I should sign off for now, (and cross my heart and hope people read this) :P

After 4 months... Yes, that's right. After 4 months, I take up my writing and stop playing computer games. I think it is time for me to continue my blog, since a lot of my classmates and my friends have told me that my blog was informative. They like it! I guess I have no choice. Back to the keyboard I go.

All right. What have I been doing in the past 4 months? Studying and playing. Horrible. I just got back my SA1 marks. Utterly horrendous. Gulp. I look at my marks. Then a my friend Yijun. I am definitely gonna cry. Sob. WTH. The mass difference.

I swear I am going to study hard. If not... No if not. Study hard it is. Hmmm.

In other news, I have been playing Halo too. On PC. Combat Evolved. Wow. Masterchief. My new idol. What a pro. I guess. Then again, this was only till I saw the movie Ironman. If the army have a Masterchief or a Ironman during WWII, then the war would last approximately for 5 minutes.

And in Floorball news, Finland playes, two of them, will be coming over to Singapore, my school, VS and give us a floorball clinic. See what is wrong with my skills, I guess.

All right. It is 11pm here now and I wanna get some sleep, cause I have to get my report card tommorow. (I already know my marks but still, this is "official".)

This post is dedicated to a girl who is my best friend in a school and still is!

An accident that shocked me

I was walking home one day, walking out of the school compound, when suddenly I was tapped on my shoulder. I turned around and there was Jin Xiang. "Hey Seetoh, have you heard about that accident? " He asked me seriously. I told him no. "What accident are you talking about?" Jin Xiang replied, "An Jie and Yijun got knocked by a car. Anjie is in the hospital now." WHAT? i was very shocked. You read this type of accident in the news, not from your friends.

As Jin Xiang is a bit of a joker, i did not believe him at first. He showed me the SMS he recieved form Wang Xu. I read it and was apprehensive. How serious was the accident? I first called Yijun. Yijun was not home yet, his maid informed me. Next, I called Anjie. He answered the call and i found out form him that he had a fractured collar- bone and will have to stay in the hospital for the next 2 to 3 days.

I was relieved. I also found out from him that Yijun suffered minor abrasions. Well, that is okay then. Nothing serious. I hoped they would be more careful the next time. There is no telling what injuries if the 'next time' happen...

A review of 2007 and the arrival of 2008

Well, we have crossed to 2008 for almost 3 weeks. So, what did think of the year before and what do i want to think of this year? Well, I especially like the Victorian Challenge last year. It is, a new experience for me and maybe also for slightly spoilt and pampered boys. It was cetainly very tiring. And it is also my first time not sleeping. I didn't sleep at all. We finish work at 11pm and I played soccer until 3am in the morning. Then, I watched movies until i around 6am, before disturbing my classmates out of their well- deserved rest.

Anyway, 2007 held many surprises for me. A Secondary School life. Wow. I like all my teachers, I like my CCA (sometimes), and I made new friends as you will see from a video one of my friend made. Hooray to Jonathan Phua and Hong Yijun! And I would like to thank all my teachers too. Thank you and i look forward to Chinese New Year in 3 weeks time!

Today unusual happenings

Why do I say that today is unusual? To summarize today's happenings, I have learn to play a new sport- table tennis. Floorball is the only sport that I like, or more of, play.

Today, my parents have to go for a Symposium in Hwa Chong. So. What is my brother and I going to do? Well, we went to play table- tennis using a table tennis bat that my father bought a few hours ago for me to play with my brother to spend the time. My brother win me in the first 4 times. Then i start whacking him 4 times in a row. And there was my brother' s classmates there who taught me a thing or two about this popular game.

At home, i started playing with my brother on the dinner table. Ha ha ha ha! Well, of course i got scolded by my mother. But i feel myself improving...

Today's Incident

Hey, just heard from Jonathan Seah's friend- Alvin, who is my former classmate, that my floorbal skills suck like h***. That's it. When was the last time that he had played floorball with me?
4 years ago. Wow.

Such a short period of time. Yeah right. I bet i am now better than him in floorball. What right does he have to say i am bad at floorball? Hey, Alvin, nah nah ne poo poo. My stupid floorball stick cost $70. Wow. I think Mr. Amir cheated me... hahaha...

Anyway, i think i am going to suffer this Friday. Why? Because the hall is being booked by the badminton team. So, what will we floorball boys do?

What is that? Party time? Physical torture? It is actually Physical Training. Uh Oh. 2.4km run and the works like 7 Heaven. AAAAAAAAAArgh! But if i want to stay in the C' Division, i have to do all of this! OH NO.

THE MATCH Reported LIVE from Seetoh!

The match between the girls, oops, the WOMEN, was better than I expected- since the floorball team have almost always lost in a match at Republic Polytechnic . I say 'almost', as we, out of maybe five to ten match, had won ONE match. Wondrous. And for that match, i wasn't even playing. *Pout* Well, i bet my readers want to find out the final score, right? Okay.

We lost. But it was the a team older than us! And they have one or two national player! So, it is a good score. We lost. Not much. By the way we are getting the match- fixings on 15/01/2008.

Last year , the positions were- 1st place- Victoria School
2nd place- Northland Secondary School
3rd place- Bukit Merah Secondary School
4th place- Raffles Institution

We have got a shiny trophy in the school's trophy cabinet. WE ARE GOING TO RETAIN IT THIS YEAR!

Ps. Cedric and Yijun and Melvin better come for floorball. OR else. Azmi too.

YES! Got into the School Team!

Today, our coach 'declare' that i am in the 'C' Boys- the Sec 1 and Sec 2 category. Last year, Victoria School was the top in the country AND we got this beautiful trophy. This year, we are going to retain IT!

I guess the Captain of the team is Aiman. In the entire team, he is the fastest, the best and blah, blah, blah. I don't really like him though. The first training, i saw him and asked him where was the floorball training held. He was talking to his friend and irritated at the interruption, he said, "F*** off." Wow. Very friendly.

Oh yes, we are attending a compeitition on Saturday at Republic Polytechnic. Wooo! A 'friendly' match against a Women Team. We better trash them. Or else. They got to be older than us though. Uh oh.

Today. Tired. Exhausted...

Today is the second day we held the trial. Yesterday trials were horrendous. First, it was boring. Which is of course, as we, the Sec 2 don't get to play. The Arena belongs to the puny Sec 1. LOL.
Well, all we Sec 2 can do is to slack around for 2 hours watching amateurs play. (i was one of them last year) Then, after their trials ended, we had TRAINING. Not boring any longer. More of TIRING.

I am dying under this type of training. Well, what do think we do during our CCAs? Fun and games and laughs? tommorow, i have to go through this again. Pity me.

First post after a very very very long time

Well, i did not say i will treat this like a diary- i didn't post everyday. Well, i am not a blogging freak. Blogs are to me... moderately interesting. i post when i feel like it. Well, for this post, i am talking about my school- school. As we all know, school has started a yesterday and i love it! Lets try to make this a memorable year! Happy 2008!
