THE SECOND POST (ummm... is this still important?)

Well, nothing much happen today... No... 1 interesting thing happened to me. Very satisfying thing, but that incident tells me about the Singapore children today. Spoilt and pampered kids. Not all though. There are kind and modest souls like me. LOL!

Anyway, my family and my grand- mother had just finished our breakfast. We were very full and decided to just shop around Junction 8. There was this boy, fat and pudgy, you know? Those types of children? I know I should not judge people by the cover but this is simply too much.

Wait, i haven't told you anything about that boy yet. That boy was playing with a console. (There was two consoles. That game was a game where you took control of a character and you well, fight another player- a human one. 2 controllers. There was 4 boys there, and they took turns. Well, That FAT BOY came and wanted to include him into the 'turns. They said "yes" and you know what? When it came to the other boys turns, He wouldn't relinquish his controller. He said he will punch anyone who took it from him. Very polite and generous. Nowadays... Tch, Tch, Tch.

There is a Chinese saying where they say to respect your elders as they have more experience in life than you. This boy is being rude to his EQUALS! How could that be? Singaporeans. Tch, tch, tch. I am not just talking about children. Some of their parents are equally bad. ~sigh~

THE FIRST POST

This is my first post... Well, i cant say i feel a sense of pride but i must say, this is interesting. Well, nothing happened to me today. Well, something did happen to my brother. He went to Hwa Chong Institution to attend a talk about the school life there. I didnt really listen to the talk, (i brought 4 books to 'relieve' the boredom) but i did pay attention on some of the things they said. The part that i like best came from a chinese teacher. He said that computer games are very good for students. Educational ones, i mean. ~sigh~ Every time the adult starts to talk about something like that, u would hope that the games are something like Halo 3. Then, they disappoint u with games with a spaceship blasting little blue dots... i mean ships. The spaceship is made up of 5 pixels. 3 blue and 2 purple... What the hell... Well, what do expect?
